- We are delighted to introduce Comte Louis de Lauriston XO, a new permanent addition to our range, crafted from a selection of Calvados Domfrontais aged for a minimum of 10 years.
Produced in accordance with the traditions of the Domfrontais appellation, where pear plays an essential role alongside apple, this new XO offers a profile that is both refined and approachable, while fully expressing the unique character of our terroir.
On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, dried fruits, honey, and delicate floral notes.
The palate is rich and well-balanced, combining the freshness of orchard fruits with notes of vanilla, gentle spices, toasted wood, and dried fruits.
The finish is long, smooth, and remarkably persistent, showcasing the elegance and vibrancy that are the hallmarks of Calvados Domfrontais.
